How long does the application process take?
Processing normally takes 2 business days once we have received your correctly filled out application including 100 points of identification.

Do you have any rooms in Warragul?
Yes, ALL our rooms are in central Warragul. We just enjoyed naming the rooms after local areas.

Can I view the room in person or via videocall?
Yes, just click the Apply button on the room that is available and fill out our pre application form and we will reply to your email provided. If there are two of you interested you must both fill out the form. Make sure you check out our room videos on this same website also.

Do you accept couples?
Yes, our rooms are perfect for couples

Is the price per person?
The advertised price is for the room. Consumables are charged on top of this at $40 per person
Does the rent include bills?
Yes, the rent includes all electricity, water and gas

Can I just pay for the room and not the consumables?
No, the consumables help maintain a clean and functioning house

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of free on-street parking available. There is also off-street parking available for two of our rooms.
Is there a private bathroom?
One of our rooms has a private bathroom with spa-bath, toilet and shower. Another room has a private toilet and basin
How many people use the shared bathroom?
There are three rooms that use the shared bathroom

How many people live in the house?
We keep a mix of singles and couples for diversity so the house can have 6-8 people maximum as we only have 5 rooms.
Can two singles live in one room?
Our rooms come furnished with a queen size bed so are more suitable for couples
How long can I stay?
The minimum rent period is 3 months and there is no maximum
Is there a trial/probation period?
Yes, we have a 1 month probation/trial period to make sure we are the right fit for you and you for the house
Can I bring my own furniture?
No. We provide fully furnished accommodation

What time can I move in?
We can accommodation anytime between 10am and 6pm on weekends however if you are moving in on a weekday we can only check you in from 4pm onwards and will need to book it in so our house manager can greet you.
Can I bring my well behaved house trained pet?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the Rooming House with multiple residents and allergies we are unable to allow any animals to reside at the property either inside or outside
